性激素水平及甲状腺激素水平在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值

      目的 本研究旨在探讨性激素水平及甲状腺激素水平在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值。方法 以自2018年8月-2020年5月于我院收治的130例精神分裂症患者及同期到我院体检健康人135例为研究对象。对比两组性激素及甲状腺激素水平,分析精神分裂症组不同性别、年龄、病程、症状、疾病分型的性激素及甲状腺激素水平的比较,并对性激素水平、甲状腺激素水平与PANSS评分的相关性进行分析。结果 精神分裂症组E2水平均低于健康组,PRL水平高于健康组,差异显著(P<0.05);2组FSH、T、LH水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。精神分裂症组TSH、FT3、FT4水平均低于健康组,差异显著(P<0.05);2组TT3、TT4水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。精神分裂症组中男性E2、FSH、T、LH、PRL均低于女性,年龄<40岁、病程<5年、单纯性精神分裂症的TSH水平均分别低于年龄≥40岁、病程≥5年及混合型精神分裂症,差异显著(P<0.05);性别中TSH、FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4,年龄中E2、FSH、T、LH、PRL、FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4,病程中FT3、TT3、TT4,疾病分型中E2、FSH、T、LH、PRL、FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。性激素中T水平与阳性症状分及PANSS总分呈正相关,E2、PRL与阴性症状呈负相关,PRL与阳性症状评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。 甲状腺激素中FT3与PANSS总分、阴性症状量表及一般病理量表均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 性激素中T、E2、PRL及甲状腺激素中FT3在精神分裂症中具有重要的诊断价值。

      Purpose This study aims to explore the application value of sex hormone levels and thyroid hormone levels in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 130 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to May 2020 and 135 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the research objects. Compare the levels of sex hormones and thyroid hormones between the two groups, analyze the comparison of sex hormones and thyroid hormone levels of different gender, age, course of disease, symptoms, and disease types in the schizophrenia group, and analyze the correlation between sex hormone levels, thyroid hormone levels and PANSS scores analysis. Results The E2 level of the schizophrenia group was lower than that of the healthy group, and the PRL level was higher than that of the healthy group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the comparison of the FSH, T, LH levels of the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). The levels of TSH, FT3, and FT4 in the schizophrenia group were lower than those in the healthy group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); compared with the levels of TT3 and TT4 in the two groups, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). In the schizophrenia group, the male E2, FSH, T, LH, and PRL were lower than females, and the age was less than 40 years, the disease course was less than 5 years, and the TSH levels of simple schizophrenia were lower than the age ≥40 years old and the disease course ≥5 Years and mixed schizophrenia, the difference is significant (P<0.05); TSH, FT3, FT4, TT3, TT4 in gender, E2, FSH, T, LH, PRL, FT3, FT4, TT3, TT4 in age, in the course of the disease FT3, TT3, TT4, E2, FSH, T, LH, PRL, FT3, FT4, TT3, TT4 in disease classification, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). In sex hormones, T level was positively correlated with positive symptom score and PANSS total score, E2 and PRL were negatively correlated with negative symptom score, and PRL was negatively correlated with positive symptom score (P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between FT3 in thyroid hormone and PANSS total score, negative symptom scale and general pathology scale (P<0.05). Conclusion T, E2, PRL in sex hormones and FT3 in thyroid hormones have important diagnostic value in schizophrenia.
