| [摘要] 目的：观察针刺项八穴配合中药治疗椎基动脉供血不足的疗效。方法：将150例椎基动脉供血不足患者随机分为针药结合组，针刺组，西药组，每组各50例。针药结合组以针刺项八穴及中药治疗，针刺组以针刺百会、风池、天柱等穴；药物组以口服西比灵10mg,qn。观察三组患者治疗前后临床症状及TCD变化。结果：治疗后针药结合组优良率82%，针刺组为62%，药物组为52%，与两对照组优良率相比，差异有统计学意义（x2= 10.302 ,P<0.01）。TCD检查结果显示针刺项八穴配合中药对两侧椎动脉的收缩期峰值血流速度（VS）、平均血流速度（VM）及动脉搏动指数（PI）均有明显改善作用，明显优于其它两组对照组。结论：针刺项八穴配合中药可明显改善椎基动脉供血。 |

| Abstract Objective : To observe clinical effect of Acupuncturing the eight cervix-points combined with herb medicine on vertebro basilar ischemic vertigo . Methods : 150 cases of patients with vertebro basilar ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into three groups ,acupuncture combined with herb group, acupuncture group , western medicine group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in acupuncture with herb group were treated with acupuncturing the eight cervix-points and herb medicine, patients in acupuncture group were treated with acupoints refered by textbook "Acupuncture Therapy", patients in western medicine group were treated with Flunarizine 10mg,qn. The change of clinic manifestations and results of TCD was observed. Results : Excellent rate in acupuncture with herb group was 82% ,62% in acupuncture group ,52% in western medicine group . The difference of excellent rate among three groups was statistically significant（x2= 10.302 ,P<0.01）. TCD results showed that Vs ,Vm and PI in vertebral artery after acupuncturing the eight cervix-points treatemt combined with herbs were better than that before treatment，and better than that in two control group. Conclusion: Acupuncturing the eight cervix-points can improve the vertebral artery blood supply. |
