| 目的：探讨数据挖掘技术的方秀兰中医辨治肺癌学术经验的规律,以此为基础分析方秀兰的肺癌治疗思想及用药特征。方法：收集方秀兰教授2022年1月~2023年1月门诊时确诊的124例肺癌患者的治疗处方,将各项用药信息转化为方剂基础数据库,采用数据挖掘技术对159味药物(出现频数进行系统的聚类分析,并借助于描述性分析、关联规律分析等方法分析处方中药物间的配伍规则,以两周为1疗程,评价用药后1个月时的疗效,深入挖掘方秀兰教授治疗肺癌的用药思路。结果：中药方剂共378首,涉及中药159味。中药四气以寒性药物居首,以温性药物次之。五味以苦味、甘味药物为主。归经以肺经药物使用频率最高,脾经、肝经的药物次之,分别位列第二、三位,药物功效以补虚为主。结论：方秀兰教授治疗气阴两虚型肺癌强调病症结合、辨证论治,以益气养阴、解毒化痰、活血化瘀、健脾化湿、化痰散结为法,辅以补虚、理气、清热,符合肺癌以正虚为主,痰、瘀、毒夹杂为病的发病机制。方秀兰教授的用药规律与治法可为肺癌的临床实践提供参考。 |

| Objective: To explore the law of Fang Xiulan"s academic experience in treating lung cancer in data mining technology, and analyze fang Xiulan"s lung cancer treatment ideas and medication characteristics on this basis. Methods: collect professor Fang Xiulan from January 2022 to January 2023 outpatient diagnosis of 124 cases of lung cancer patients with treatment prescription, the drug information into prescription basic database, using data mining technology of 159 kinds of drugs (frequency system clustering analysis, and with the help of descriptive analysis, correlation rule analysis method of drug compatibility rules between prescription, with two weeks for 1 treatment, evaluation of drug after 1 month effect, dig professor Fang Xiulan medicine for lung cancer. Results: A total of 378 TCM prescriptions were used, involving 159 TCM. Among the four Qi in Chinese medicine, cold drugs took the first place, warm drugs followed. Five flavors to bitter, sweet drugs mainly. The frequency of use of drugs of the lung meridian was the highest, followed by those of the spleen meridian and liver meridian, ranking the second and third, respectively.Conclusion: Professor Fang Xiulan in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency lung cancer emphasizes the combination of disease, syndrome differentiation, nourishing qi and nourishing Yin, detoxifying phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, invigorating spleen and dispersing phlegm and dispersing, supplemented by tonifying deficiency, regulating qi and clearing heat, which is in line with the pathogenesis of lung cancer mainly positive deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and poison mixed diseases. Professor Fang Xiulan"s medication rule and treatment method can provide a reference for the clinical practice of lung cancer. |
