| 目的：观察葛根汤对高雄型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床疗效。方法：将93例高雄型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为A组（31例）、B组（31例）和C组（31例），A组应用葛根汤，B组采用二甲双胍，C组采用达英-35，疗程为3月，分别记录三组患者治疗前后的体征及生殖激素水平。结果：三组与治疗前比较均可降低相关生殖激素水平（P＜0.05），达英-35组降低黄体生成素（LH）好于二甲双胍组（P＜0.05）。患者体征比较，治疗后体重指数葛根汤、二甲双胍组较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且葛根汤组降低程度大于二甲双胍组（P＜0.05），达英-35组体重指数治疗前后无明显改变（P＞0.05）；三组治疗后痤疮评分较治疗前均降低（P＜0.05），治疗后组间比较葛根汤组和达英-35组降低程度大于二甲双胍组（P＜0.05）；三组治疗后多毛评分较治疗前均降低（P＜0.05），治疗后组间比较无差异（P＞0.05）；三组治疗后，在月经稀发、排卵方面较治疗前均有明显的改善（P＜0.05）；治疗后组间比较无差异（P＞0.05）。结论：葛根汤能降低高雄型多囊卵巢综合征患者激素水平，能降低体重指数，明显改善多囊患者的多毛现象和痤疮，对患者体征作用与二甲双胍、达英-35比较有优势，未发现毒副反应，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gegen Decoction in the treatment of patients with high androgen polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: Ninety-three patients with high androgen polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into group A (31 cases), group B (31 cases), and group C (31 cases). Group A was treated with Gegen Decoction, and group B was treated with Metformin. In group C, Diane-35 was used, and the course of treatment was 3 months. The physical signs and reproductive hormone levels of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded. Results: Compared with those before treatment, the three groups could reduce the level of reproductive hormones (P＜0.05). Diane-35 group reduced luteinizing hormone (LH) better than metformin group (P＜0.05). Compared with the physical signs of the patients, the body mass index of Gegen Decoction and metformin group after treatment was lower than before treatment (P＜0.05), and the degree of decrease in Gegen Decoction was greater than that of metformin group (P＜0.05). There was no significant change in body mass index of Diane-35 group before and after treatment (P>0.05); the acne scores after treatment in the three groups were all lower than before treatment (P<0.05), after treatment, the degree of reduction in the Gegen Decoction group and Diane-35 group was greater than that in the metformin group (P<0.05); The hirsutism score after treatment in the group was lower than before treatment (P＜0.05), and there was no difference between the groups after treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment in the three groups, there were significant improvements in oligomenorrhea and ovulation compared with before treatment (P<0.05); there was no difference between the groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion: Gegen Decoction can reduce hormone levels in patients with high androgen polycystic ovary syndrome, lower body mass index, and significantly improve hirsutism and acne in patients with polycystic disease. It has an advantage over metformin and Diane-35 in terms of physical signs of patients. No side effects found, it is worthy of clinical application. |
