| 目的:分析 3 例针灸所致椎旁脓肿患者的病史、临床表现及诊治经过，并对针灸所致椎旁脓肿的诊断及预防进行文献复习。方法:整理并分析南京市第二医院2019-2020年收治的3例针灸所致椎旁脓肿患者的临床表现及诊疗经过。结果：3例患者均有糖尿病史基础，伴有不同程度的感染症状，最终脓液培养均证实为细菌感染，外科引流联合抗感染治疗效果明显。讨论：在日常针灸活动中需遵守无菌原则，同时需评估患者基础状况，对于不明原因感染者，可进一步询问针灸或有创操作史，形成脓肿者，需积极考虑外科引流。 |

| Objective: Analyse the history, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of 3 patients with paravertebral abscess caused by acupuncture,and review the literature on the diagnosis and prevention of paravertebral abscess caused by acupuncture.Methods:Summarize and analyse the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of 3 patients with acupuncture-induced paravertebral abscess admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanjing from 2019 to 2020.Results:All the 3 patients had a history of diabetes with different degrees of infectious symptoms, and finally the pus culture was proved to be bacterial infection, and surgical drainage combined with anti-infection treatment had obvious effect.Discussion: The principle of asepsis should be observed in daily acupuncture activities, and the basic condition of patients should be evaluated at the same time.Further inquiry about acupuncture or invasive operation history should be conducted for infected patients with unknown causes. Surgical drainage should be actively considered for those with abscess formation. |
