| [目的]探析王真教授治疗慢性咳嗽的临床经验。[方法]随师侍诊，总结王真教授关于慢性咳嗽病因病机的认识及临证经验，并附一则经典病案以佐证。[结果]慢性咳嗽常见病因有咳嗽变异性哮喘、上气道咳嗽综合征、胃食管反流性咳嗽等，王真教授认为其与祖国医学的“五脏六腑皆令人咳”相符合。根据病因的不同，选用祛风宣肺、解痉止咳、利咽通窍、和胃降逆、疏肝健脾等治法，随症加减，获得佳效。[结论]王真教授治疗慢性咳嗽疗效显著，值得继承推广学习。 |

| [Objective]To explore Professor Wang Zhen's clinical experience in treating chronic cough.[Methods]Summarize Professor Wang Zhen’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough and clinical experience with the teacher, and attach a classic medical record to support it.[Results]Common causes of chronic cough include cough variant asthma, upper airway cough syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux cough, etc.Professor Wang Zhen believes that it is consistent with "five zang organs and six Fu organs make people cough" in Chinese medicine.According to the different etiology,the treatment methods such as dispelling wind and promoting lung, relieving spasm and relieving cough, relieving throat and resuscitation, relieving stomach and lowering adverse effects, dispelling liver and strengthening spleen, etc., and achieve good curative effect according to the symptoms.[Conclusion]Professor Wang Zhen has a remarkable effect in treating chronic cough,which is worth inheriting and promoting. |
