| [摘要] 目的 观察益气升阳法治疗外伤性低眼压脾阳虚证患者的临床疗效。?方法?回顾性分析2016?年?4月至?2021年4月收治于杭州市中医院外伤性低眼压脾阳虚患者，按照治疗期间是否合用益气升阳中药汤剂，分为观察组32例32只眼，对照组29例29只眼，均为单眼。收集整理患者治疗前、后中医证候积分、眼压及眼前段OCT，分析两组治疗后中医证候疗效、眼压水平及前段OCT形态学改变。结果?两组患者眼压均较治疗前上升（?P<0.?05）?，观察组升高水平较对照组更高，两组间比较差异有统计学意义?（?P<0.?05?）?。观察组中医证候明显改善，两组比较差异有统计学意义?（?P<0.?05）?。观察组治疗后睫状体离解裂隙及脱离范围较治疗前明显改善。治疗期间患者均未见严重不良反应。 结论 益气升阳法能升高外伤性低眼压患者眼压水平，并可改善临床症状，可能机制为益气升阳中药增加Rho A/ROCK1蛋白活性、减轻睫状体上皮水肿，从而促进睫状体分泌功能恢复，引起眼压升高。 |

| [Abstract] Objective :To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Shengyang therapy?in the treatment of traumatic hypotony with Piyangxu type.?Methods:??The patients with traumatic hypotony and Piyangxu type??were retrospectively collected??from March 2016 to March 2021?in Hangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. According to whether Yiqi Shengyang decoction was used during the treatment, they were divided into observation group (32 cases, 32 eyes) and control group (29 cases, 29 eyes). The TCM syndrome score, intraocular pressure and anterior OCT were collected before and after treatment, and the TCM syndrome efficacy, intraocular pressure level and morphological changes of anterior OCT were analyzed.?Results:?The intraocular pressure of the two groups increased compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the elevated level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The TCM Syndromes of the observation group were significantly improved, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ciliary body dissociation fissure and detachment range of the observation group were significantly improved. No serious adverse reactions were found during the treatment. Conclusion:?Yiqi Shengyang therapy?can increase the IOP level of patients with traumatic hypotension, and can improve the clinical symptoms. The possible mechanism is that Yiqi Shengyang traditional Chinese medicine can increase RhoA / Rock1 protein activity, reduce ciliary epithelial edema, and promote the recovery of ciliary secretion function, resulting in increased IOP. |
