| 近年研究表明肠道微生态在结直肠癌的发生发展中有着重要作用,调节肠道菌群可干预结直肠癌。中医药是结直肠癌综合治疗的重要手段之一,左金丸是其中的代表方剂。本文基于肠道微生态探讨左金丸干预结直肠癌的疗效及作用机制,就左金丸的药理学进展,肠道菌群相关的癌变机制,利用肠道菌群作为结直肠癌生物标志物的可能性,以及左金丸调控肠道微生态用于结直肠癌预防或治疗的前景进行讨论和综述。以期为中医药干预结直肠癌提供更多的理论依据,并为肠道微生态在结直肠癌的临床应用提供一定的指导意义。 |

| Recent studies have shown that intestinal micro-ecology plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the important means of comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer, and Zuojin pill is one of the representative prescriptions. This paper discusses the efficacy and mechanism of Zuojin pill in the intervention of colorectal cancer based on intestinal micro-ecology, and discusses the pharmacological progress of Zuojin pill, the canceration mechanism related to intestinal flora, and the possibility of using intestinal flora as a biomarker of colorectal cancer, and the prospect of Zuojin pill regulating intestinal micro-ecology for the prevention or treatment of colorectal cancer were discussed and reviewed. In order to provide more theoretical basis for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in colorectal cancer, and provide certain guiding significance for the clinical application of intestinal micro-ecology in colorectal cancer. |
