| 本文介绍蔡慎初教授治疗雷诺综合征的临床经验。蔡师从“郁”的角度出发，认为阳气郁遏为病机关键，以温阳、通阳为治则，同时重视各种实邪郁滞对本病的影响，依不同辨证而兼施行气、活血、利湿等方法，取得良好疗效。 |

| This paper introduces Professor Cai Shenchu's clinical experience in the treatment of Raynaud's syndrome. Taking into consideration of the role of depression in Raynaud's syndrome, Professor Cai believes that Yang Depression is the key of pathogenesis and relieving Yang Depression by warming Yang and activating Yang is the key of treatment. Besides, taking into account of the influence of depression caused by various kinds of excessive pathogens in Raynaud's syndrome, Professor Cai applys the methods of promoting the flow of Qi, promoting blood circulation and draining dampness according to different syndrome differentiation, which has been practiced and proved to be effective.
