| 【摘要】 目的 分析整形美容外科技术在儿童面部外伤的应用经验，为儿童面部外伤规范化防治提供依据。方法 选取我院急诊2017年1月至2018年12月收治且临床资料齐全的面部外伤患儿，采用整形美容缝合技术及术后早期瘢痕防治措施，观察患儿伤口愈合情况及术后瘢痕外观。结果 所有7465例面部外伤患儿应用整形美容缝合技术，术后早期联合减张处理、硅酮类药物、超声导入、激光治疗、激素类药物注射等防治措施，临床效果均较为理想，瘢痕不明显。经过大于3个月的随访，术后感染8例，主要发生在唇部贯通伤及被牙齿磕伤患儿；疤痕增生28例。结论 整形美容缝合技术及术后早期瘢痕防治措施应用于儿童面部外伤具有良好的临床效果，瘢痕不明显，值得在临床推广。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of the application of plastic and cosmetic techniques and the combined treatment of postoperative scars, so as to provide evidence to complete an normalize prevention and treatment of children’s facial trauma. Methods Medical records of emergency preschool children’s facial trauma， from January, 2017 to December, 2018 were collected. Plastic and cosmetic techniques and the combined treatment of postoperative scars were applied to treat children’s facial trauma and the clinical healing and postoperative scar appearance were observed. Results The follow-up children (7465cases) were treated by primary or stage plastic surgery and one or more combined anti-scars measures. After more than 3 months follow-up, 8 cases of animal scratches and bites, lip penetrating wound or teeth gouges were infected postoperatively, 28 cases had scar hyperplasia and the others achieved satisfactory results and the scars were not obvious. Conclusion The application of cosmetic and plastic surgery techniques and combined treatment of scars can minimize the scars of facial injuries and harvest best cosmetic appearance and it is worth popularizing in clinic. |
