| ［］多囊肝是先天性肝囊肿的一种类型。B超引导下经皮穿刺抽液是多囊肝的一种治疗方法。多囊肝伴发感染相对少见,而行B超引导下经皮穿刺引流置管术时发生感染性休克更是鲜见报道。本文报告1例患者, 临床考虑多囊肝伴感染,在行B超引导下经皮穿刺引流置管术时继发感染性休克,病情危重,经及时诊断和治疗,最终抢救成功。 |

| ［］Polycystic liver is a type of congenital hepatic cyst. It is a treatment for polycystic liver for percutaneous drainage guided by b-ultrasound. Infection with polycystic liver is relatively rare, and septic shock during b-ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage is rarely reported. A patient was reported in this paper, the presence of polycystic liver with infection is clinically considered, Septic shock was secondary to b-ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage and catheterization, in a critical condition, but after timely diagnosis and treatment, finally, the rescue was successful. |
