| 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者泌尿系结石成分及尿液pH值的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月至2019年12月的泌尿系结石患者的临床资料，根据是否合并2型糖尿病，将患者分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组，比较2型糖尿病患者和非糖尿病患者之间年龄、性别、BMI、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、血尿酸、24小时尿总尿酸、尿pH值、结石成分的差异。结果 650例泌尿系结石患者中，112例2型糖尿病组患者尿酸结石比例（33.9%）显著高于非糖尿病组患者尿酸结石比例（11.7%，P＜0.001），2型糖尿病患者与非糖尿病患者的血尿酸、24小时总尿酸含量无明显差异(P＞0.05)，但2型糖尿病组患者尿液pH值（5.57±0.37）明显低于非糖尿病组患者尿pH值（6.91±0.33，P＜0.001）。结论 2型糖尿病患者较非糖尿病患者更易患尿酸结石，尿液pH值也更低，2型糖尿病是尿酸结石形成的危险因素。 |

| 【Objective】 To investigate the correlated factors on urinary calculus composition and urine pH value in patients with type 2 diabetes. 【Methods】 Retrospective analysis the clinical data of patients with urinary calculus from January 2015 to December 2019 was performed to compare differences in age, gender, BMI, FBG, 2hFBG, SUA, TUA, urine pH and calculus composition between type 2 diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients. 【Results】650 patients with urinary calculus were included in this investigation and 112 cases were type 2 diabetes. The rate of uric acid stones in the diabetic patients were higher than non-diabetic patients(33.9% vs 11.7%, P＜0.001), and there were no significant difference between diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients in SUA and TUA(P＞0.05), the urine pH in the diabetic patients were lower than non-diabetic patients(5.57±0.37 vs 6.91±0.33, P＜0.001). 【Conclusions】Patients with diabetes are more likely to develop uric acid stones than non-diabetic patients, diabetic patients have lower urine pH compared to non-diabetic patients, type 2 diabetes is a risk factor of uric acid stones. |
