| 目的：探讨缬沙坦氨氯地平联合耳穴贴压法用于2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者治疗的临床效果。方法：选取本院在2018年5月-2019年5月在本院内分泌科住院治疗的60例2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者随机分为两组，对照组（30例）给予缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗，观察组（30例）给予缬沙坦氨氯地平片联合耳穴贴压治疗，观察患者血糖、血压、血脂水平变化情况及安全指标、生活质量。结果：观察组治疗后FPG（空腹血糖）、2hPG（餐后2小时血糖）及HbA1C（糖化血红蛋白）相比对照组均显著更低，同时舒张压、收缩压及TC（胆固醇）、TG（甘油三酯）水平也均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；本研究的均未出现明显肝肾功能损伤的病例，治疗后两组肝肾功能比较无统计学意义；研究组的QOL得分高，耳穴贴压能够提高2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的生活质量。结论：在口服缬沙坦氨氯地平基础上再给予2型糖尿病合并高血压病患者耳穴贴压治疗，可有效提高患者病情控制效果，延缓病程进展，提高生活质量。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Valsartan, amlodipine and auricular-plaster therapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups from May 2018 to May 2019,the Control Group (30 cases) was treated with Valsartan and amlodipine tablets,the Observation Group (30 cases) was treated with Valsartan amlodipine tablets and auricular-plaster therapy,the changes of blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid level and the second hospitalization rate were observed.Results:The levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbA1C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, TC and TG were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% , which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%) . The rehospitalization rate within 12 months after discharge was 10.00% , which was significantly lower than that of the control group (36.67%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In addition to Valsartan Amlodipine, patients with type 2 diabetes were treated with auricular-plaster therapy,can effectively improve the effect of patient's condition control, delay the progress of disease course and reduce the rate of second hospitalization. |
