| 目的：比较患侧或双侧头针同步运动疗法对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者运动功能和神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法：选取本院收治的94例AIS伴运动功能障碍的患者,均行常规基础治疗。采用简单随机分组法,分为对照组(患侧头针同步康复训练运动疗法)和研究组(双侧头针同步康复训练运动疗法),两组各47例。分别采用Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能(FMA)、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评估患者治疗前后肢体运动功能、神经功能缺损及日常生活活动能力的改善情况。结果：相比治疗前,两组治疗后2、4周NDS评分均明显下降,MBI和FMA量表评分均明显升高(P<0.05)。相比对照组,研究组治疗后4周NDS评分明显下降,MBI和FMA量表评分均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论：双侧头针同步康复训练运动疗法既可有效改善AIS伴运动功能障碍患者运动功能,亦可明显减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,从而可提高日常生活活动能力,因此值得临床应用。 |

| Objective: To compare the effect of synchronized head acupuncture on motor function and neurological deficit in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Methods: 94 patients with AIS and motor dysfunction were selected for routine basic treatment. The patients were divided into two groups by simple random grouping method: the control group (simultaneous rehabilitation exercise therapy with scalp acupuncture on the affected side) and the research group (simultaneous rehabilitation exercise therapy with bilateral scalp acupuncture), with 47 cases in each group. Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), neurological deficit score (NDS) and modified Barthel Index (MBI) were used to evaluate the improvement of motor function, neurological deficit and activities of daily life before and after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, the NDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly in 2 and 4 weeks after treatment, and the scores of MBI and FMA increased significantly (P < 0.05). The NDS scores of the study group decreased significantly, and the MBI and FMA scores increased significantly compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The simultaneous rehabilitation exercise therapy with bilateral scalp acupuncture can not only effectively improve the motor function of AIS patients with motor dysfunction, but also significantly reduce the degree of neurological deficit, thus improving the ability of daily life, so it is worth clinical application. |
