| 目的：观察运用尿毒净Ⅲ号方进行高位结肠灌洗治疗慢性肾脏病4期患者的疗效分析。方法：回顾性分析2014年-2017年间在我院运用经验方尿毒净Ⅲ号进行中药高位结肠灌洗治疗的CKD4期患者的资料及治疗前、1个疗程结束时、1疗程结束1月后的肾功能变化分析治疗疗效，并与常规未给予结肠灌洗治疗的CKD4期患者进行临床疗效对比。结果：CKD4期患者高位结肠灌洗治疗后血肌酐、血尿酸均较灌洗前有改善，较对照组治疗后比较血肌酐、血尿素氮、血尿酸、血钾有下降（P<0.05），血钙、肾小球滤过率、血清白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶无统计学差异（P>0.05）。1疗程结束的1月后血肌酐、血尿酸仍较结肠灌洗前低(P<0.05)。结论：尿毒净Ⅲ号方高位结肠灌洗治疗可能对CKD4期患者肾功能恶化有一定延缓作用。 |

| Objective:To observe the effect on patients of chronic kidney disease 4-5 stage treated by High Colon Lavage with Niao-du-jing-Ⅲ. Methods: The clinical data of CKD4-5 patients treated with Niao-du-jing-Ⅲ in hospital from 2014 to 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The renal function changes before and after treatment and one month after the end of treatment were analyzed. The clinical efficacy were compared with CKD4-5 patients who were not given colon lavage. Results: The serum creatinine and uric acid of CKD4-5 patients were improved after high colon lavage. Compared with the control group, serum creatinine, urea, uric acid and potassium were decreased after treatment (P<0.05), There was no significant difference in serum calcium, glomerular filtration rate, serum albumin and alanine aminotransferase (P>0.05). One month after the end of CKD4 treatment course, serum creatinine and uric acid were still lower than those before high colon lavage (P<0.05). One month after the end of CKD5 treatment course, serum creatinine, urea were lower and glomerular filtration rate was higher in high colon lavage group than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: High colon lavage by Niao-du-jing-Ⅲ may delay the deterioration of renal function in CKD4-5 patients. |
