| 输尿管结石是泌尿外科的常见疾病，每11个人中就有1人患有泌尿系结石疾病，并且终生复发率约为50%。输尿管常伴有明显的症状，如肾绞痛和血尿，临床治疗的主要原则为解除梗阻、保护肾功能。输尿管结石的治疗方法有很多，如药物排石治疗（MET）、ESWL、输尿管镜下碎石取石术等。对于许多患者来说，MET是侵入性手术的一种有吸引力的替代方法，因为它是非侵入性的、容易的且有成本效益的。欧亚联盟2016年建议提出：MET的潜在益处最有可能出现在> 5毫米的输尿管远端结石中,对于较小的输尿管结石没有证明的益处。近年来，人们越来越重视排石药物的作用，不断进行临床试验探究其意义。因此，我们研究了不同药物对结石排出的影响，着重探究其有效性和安全性，并作出综述。 |

| 【Abstract】: Ureterolithiasis is a common disease in urology. Usually accompanied by obvious symptoms, such as renal colic and hematuria, the main principles of clinical treatment are to relieve obstruction and protect renal function. There are many treatments for ureteral calculi, such as medicine expulsion therapy ( MET ), ESWL, ureteroscopic lithotripsy and so on. For many patients, MET is an attractive alternative to invasive surgery because it is non-invasive, easy and cost-effective. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the role of stone-removing drugs, and constantly carry out clinical trials to explore its significance. Although there are some contradictions in the data results, the positive effect of drugs on stone discharge can still be fully determined. Therefore, we studied the effects of different drugs on stone excretion, focusing on the effectiveness and safety of different drugs, and made a review. |
