| 雷公藤红素对多种非小细胞肺癌细胞系具有杀伤作用，可通过干预细胞周期，降解表皮生长因子，激活caspase信号通路等多种途径来促使肺癌细胞死亡。现将雷公藤红素的抗癌作用及其作用机制加以综述，为其在临床应用中提供思路。 |

| Celastrol can cure different kinds of non-small cell lung cancer cell lines. It can interfere the cell cycle, degrad epithelial growth factor receptor, active the caspase signaling pathway, and those ways to promote lung cancer cells death. Now the fundations of celastrol and the anti-tumor mechanism are summarized to provide some thoughts for clinical applications. |
