| 目的：通过研究探讨益气化痰软坚汤联合高压氧治疗老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效，为该疾病的临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法：选取2019年6月-2020年8月本院收治的老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者80例，采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，各40例。对照组患者均接受常规西药治疗以及控制血压、控制血糖、调节血脂、抗血小板聚集等药物的针对性内科治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上，加用益气化痰软坚汤联合高压氧法治疗，连续治疗8周，观察两组患者的临床疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后腘动脉、足背动脉血管内径及血流量、血清内皮素-1（ET-1）、一氧化氮（NO）水平变化和不良反应情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗8周后观察组患者腘动脉、足背动脉血管内径及血流量与对照组比较均有明显增加（P＜0.05）；治疗8周后观察组患者血清ET-1水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），NO水平明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者均未出现相应的不良反应症状。结论：益气化痰软坚汤联合高压氧治疗老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症，能明显缓解患者症状，改善患者下肢循环和血管功能，疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huatan Ruanjian Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of senile lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans, Provide a reliable basis for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: We selected 80 elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to August 2020. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each by random number table method. The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and targeted medical treatment of blood pressure control, blood glucose control, blood lipid regulation, anti platelet aggregation and other drugs, the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huatan Ruanjian Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed, the popliteal artery and dorsal foot artery diameter and blood flow, serum endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the vessel diameter and blood flow of popliteal artery and dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group were significantly increased compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the level of ET-1 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the level of NO in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). No adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion: Yiqi Huatan Ruanjian Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of senile lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the circulation and vascular function of the patients' lower extremities. The effect is significant. |
