| 目的：观察县域医共体内通过揿针联合中药热奄包治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的患者160例按随机数字表分为四组(对照组,揿针组,热奄组,结合组),每组各40例。对照组(40例)：采用常规治疗和护理方法。实验组：在对照组基础上,分为揿针组(40例)、热奄组(40例)、联合组(40例)。在初始治疗前、治疗一周后和治疗两周后,分别采用日本矫形学会(JOA)下腰痛评分量表评估临床症状、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛程度、Oswestry功能障碍指数 (ODI)评估下肢功能障碍情况。结果：治疗后,实验组及对照组在临床症状、疼痛程度、下肢功能障碍情况比较差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：县域医共体内通过揿针联合中药热奄包治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of thumbtack needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Reyanbao in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type incounty-basedhealthcarenetwork. Methods 160 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into four groups (control group, thumbtack needle group, Reyanbao group and combination group) by methodof random number table, 40 cases in each group. Control group (40 cases): routine treatment and nursing methods were implemented. Experimental group: on the basis treatment of the control group, they were divided into the thumbtack needle group (40 cases) combining with thumbtack needle therapy, the Reyanbao group (40 cases) combining with TCM Reyanbao therapy, and the combination group (40 cases) combining with both thumbtack needle and TCM Reyanbao therapy. Before initial treatment, one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment, the clinical symptoms were evaluated by theLow back pain scale of Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA), the degree of pain was assessed by the visual analogue scale (VAS), and the lower limb dysfunction was assessed by the Oswestry disability index (ODI). Results After treatment, there were significant differences in clinical symptoms, pain degree and lower limb dysfunction between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.05). ConclusionsIncounty-basedhealthcarenetwork,the clinical effect of the combination of thumbtack needle and TCM Reyanbao in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is remarkable. |
