      【摘要】:目的:探索气动式手康复装置对脑卒中后肩手综合征-手指肿胀的临床疗效。方法:60例脑卒中后肩手综合征-手指肿胀患者在2019年3月至2020年5月期间收治,随机数字表法分2组,各30例,对照组采用常规作业疗法训练,实验组在对照组基础上,联合气动式手康复装置治疗,并对比两组各时间段的运动功能(Fugl-Meyer assessment scale;Fugl-Meyer)评分、简易手功能检查(simple test for evaluating hand function,STEF)评分、疾病恢复率、患侧手指肿胀程度以及满意度。结果:实验组治疗后2周、8周的患侧手指肿胀程度优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后15天、8周的STEF评分、Fugl-Meyer评分更高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时实验组对治疗效果满意率、对治疗师满意率以及各时间段的疾病恢复率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后肩手综合征-手指肿胀患者实施气动式手康复装置治疗效果显著,可减轻肿胀感,改善手部活动功能。

      【Abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of pneumatic hand rehabilitation device on shoulder-hand syndrome-finger swelling after stroke. Methods: Sixty patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome-finger swelling were admitted between March 2019 and May 2020. The experimental group and the control group were allocated by random number table to two groups, 30 cases in each group, and the control group used routine operations Therapy training, the experimental group was combined with pneumatic hand rehabilitation device on the basis of the control group, and the motor function (Fugl-Meyer assessment scale; Fugl-Meyer) score and simple test for hand function (simple test for Evaluating hand function (STEF) score, disease recovery rate, degree of swelling of the affected finger and satisfaction. Results: The degree of finger swelling on the affected side of the experimental group was better than that of the control group at 2 and 8 weeks after treatment (P<0.05), and the STEF score and Fugl-Meyer score at 15 days and 8 weeks after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). 0.05). At the same time, the experimental group's satisfaction rate with the treatment effect, the satisfaction rate with the therapist and the disease recovery rate in each time period were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Pneumatic hand rehabilitation device is effective for patients with shoulder-hand syndrome-finger swelling after stroke, which can reduce swelling and improve hand movement function.
