| 热敏灸疗法是在继承传统艾灸疗法基础上进行创新的一种新灸法，它补充了灸法得气标准，其核心理论是通过艾灸热敏腧穴，使其产生透热、传热、扩热等热敏灸感，激发经络感传，使气至病所从而达到治疗疾病的作用，目前广泛应用于临床，且疗效明显。文章将从热敏灸的热敏腧穴客观化、作用机制、实验研究、临床疗效研究方面予以阐述，同时总结热敏灸在临床研究中存在的问题及展望。 |

| Heat-sensitive moxibustion is an innovative new moxibustion method on the basis of inheriting the traditional suspended moxibustion therapy. it complements the standard of obtaining de qi by moxibustion. Its core theory is to produce heat-sensitive moxibustion sensation such as heat transmission, heat transfer and heat expansion by hanging moxibustion at acupoints, so as to stimulate the transmission of meridians and collaterals, so as to achieve the role of treating diseases. At present, it is widely used in clinical practice, and the curative effect is obvious. This article will elaborate on the objectification of heat-sensitive acupoints, action mechanism, experimental research and clinical curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion, and summarize the existing problems and prospects of heat-sensitive moxibustion in clinical research. |
