| 脂质是细胞的重要组成成分,在信号传导和生物功能方面起重要作用。肺癌(Lung cancer, LC)是全球高发的恶性肿瘤,是癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一。肿瘤中广泛存在脂质代谢的异常改变,影响着疾病的发展进程。脂质代谢的改变可以影响包括细胞生长、增殖、分化和活性在内的多种细胞功能。本文综述了脂质代谢与肺癌的相关性,并指出其中可能的治疗靶点,以期为临床肺癌治疗提供新的思路。 |

| Lipid is an important component of cells and plays an important role in signal transduction and biological function. Lung cancer (LC) is a malignant tumor with high incidence worldwide and one of the main causes of cancer-related deaths. Abnormal changes in lipid metabolism are widespread in tumors, which play an important role in the development of the disease. Changes of lipid metabolism can affect numerous cellular processes, including cell growth, proliferation, differentiation and motility. This article reviews the relationship between lipid metabolism and lung cancer, points out possible therapeutic targets in order to provide new ideas for clinical lung cancer treatment. |
