| 摘要：目的：基于数据挖掘技术分析马红珍教授治疗IgA肾病的用药规律。方法：纳入2020年1月-8月其在浙江省中医院门诊治疗的IgA肾病患者的临床四诊及中药处方，通过关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法对处方药物进行频次频率统计、分析组方规律、探寻新方及常见证型组方特点分析。结果：在纳入标准的171首方剂中，涉及中药139味，统计分析示用药频率在40%以上的分别为黄芪、茯苓、防风、牛膝等17味中药,药物组合频次前6位的分别是黄芪-茯苓、黄芪-防风，牛膝-黄芪、黄芪-炒白术、黄芪-山药、防风-茯苓，挖掘出41个核心组合和新方6首。结论：马红珍教授治疗IgA肾病调节“肺-脾-肾”轴，以扶正固本为主，辅以活血化瘀、利水渗湿、消瘀泄浊等法适时祛邪，注重整体阴阳平衡。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To analyze Professor Ma Hongzhen's medical patterns in the treatment of IgA nephropathy based on data mining technology. Methods: Four clinical diagnoses and TCM prescriptions of IgA nephropathy patients treated in the outpatient department of Zhejiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to August in 2020 were included. Frequency and frequency statistics of prescription drugs were conducted through association rule algorithm, complex system entropy clustering and other methods, and rules of prescription formation were analyzed, and characteristics of new prescription and common witnessed prescription formation were analyzed. Results: 171 prescriptions in the inclusion criteria, involving 139 Chinese medicine taste, statistical analysis in drug use frequency in more than 40% of astragalus membranaceus, poria cocos, windproof, twotooth achyranthes root, such as 17 traditional Chinese medicine, drug combination frequency before 6 astragalus membranaceus, poria cocos, astragalus membranaceus - wind, twotooth achyranthes root, astragalus root, astragalus root - Fried atractylodes, radix astragali - yam, windproof, poria cocos, unearthed 41 core drugies and six New prescriptions. Conclusion: Professor Ma Hongzhen treated IgA nephropathy to regulate the "lung-spleen-kidney" axis, mainly by strengthening the integrity of the base, supplemented by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, benefiting water infiltration and dampness, eliminating blood stasis and removing turbidity, etc. to remove pathogenic factors timely, and focus on the balance of Yin and Yang. |
