| 目的：观察大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗湿热瘀阻Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法：将104例湿热瘀阻Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（52例），观察组应用大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸，对照组采用前列康胶囊，疗程为4周，分别记录两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征、前列腺液检查。结果：两组均可明显改善前列腺液指标，两组对比无显著差异（P＞0.05），但综合疗效观察组好于对照组，观察组能明显缓解患者的症状，减轻前列腺压痛，与对照组比较疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：大柴胡汤合桂枝茯苓丸治疗湿热瘀阻Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎疗效满意，无明显毒副反应，值得推广。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of chronic prostatitis type Ⅲ with damp-heat stasis.Methods: 104 patients were randomly divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (52 cases). The observation group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills, and the control group was treated with Qianliekang for 4 weeks. The symptoms, signs, and prostatic fluid examination of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded.Results: Both groups can significantly improve the prostate fluid indicators, there is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), but the comprehensive efficacy of the observation group is better than the control group. The observation group can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients and reduce prostate tenderness, and compare the efficacy with the control group There is a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pills has satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, without obvious side effects, and is worthy of promotion. |
