| 目的 探讨免疫性不育患者的中医体质分布特点并分析其精液参数与中医体质的相关性。方法 选取2017年6月～2020年6月就诊于温州市中西医结合医院泌尿外科门诊并符合纳入标准的患者112例,年龄20岁～45岁。回收患者填写的《免疫性不育临床症状调查表》及《中医体质观察表》,记录其一般信息、精液参数及中医体质类型,通过统计学处理,分析患者的中医体质类型与精液参数的统计学关系。结果 1.在112例免疫性不育患者中,各体质所占比例为湿热质20.72%、痰湿质16.22%、气虚质14.71%、阴虚质12.61%、气郁质10.81%％、血瘀质10.21%、阳虚质6.90%、平和质5.11%、特禀质2.70%。2.在精液参数与中医体质的关系中,前向运动精子与气虚质存在统计相关性(P＜0.05),正常精子形态比例与湿热质存在统计相关性(P＜0.05),而精子浓度、精子总活力及精子DNA完整率与主要体质类型之间不存在相关性(均P＞0.05)。结论 免疫性不育与中医体质相关,且前向运动精子与气虚质存在相关性,正常精子形态比例与湿热质存在相关性。 |

| Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution of patients with immune infertility and analyze the correlation between parameters of related semen and TCM constitution.Methods 112 patients aged 20 to 45 years who met the inclusion criteria and visited the urology of Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM and Western Medicine from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected.The Questionnaire for Clinical Symptoms of Immune Infertility and the Observation Table of TCM Constitution filled in by the patient were recovered,and the general information,semen parameters and TCM constitution types were recorded.Statistical processing was conducted to analyze the statistical relationship between TCM constitution types and semen parameters.Ｒesults 1.Among the 112 cases,damp-heat constitution for 20.72%,phlegm-dampness constitution for 16.22%,qi-deficiency constitution accounted for 14.71%,yin-deficiency constitution for 12.6%,qi-stagnation constitution accounted for 10.81%,blood-stasis constitution for 10.21%,yang-deficiency constitution for 6.90%,gentleness constitution for 5.11%,and special-innateness constitution for 2.70%.2.In the relationship between semen parameters of such patients and TCM constitution,there was a statistical correlation between forward motile sperm and qi-deficiency constitution,(P＜0.05),and also between the rate of normal morphological sperm and damp-heat constitution(P＜0.05).Conclusion Immune infertility is related to TCM constitution.The forward motile sperm is respectively correlated with qi-deficiency constitution and the rate of normal morphological sperm with damp-heatconstitution. |
