      目的:肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是最常见的原发性肝癌之一,预后较差。目前,肝细胞癌的发病机制仍然不清楚,导致其治疗已经成为全球的重要挑战。本文通过对肝细胞癌的转录组学数据进行分析,为HCC分子机制研究提供新的思路和途径。方法:本文基于转录组学的肝细胞癌数据,通过t-检验和差异倍数(Fold Change)筛选差异表达基因。应用差异表达基因进行基因本体学和信号通路的富集分析,以揭示肝细胞癌发生发展过程中所参与的生物过程及信号通路。结果:通过差异表达基因的筛选,共鉴定出486个差异表达基因(其中包括157个上调基因和329个下调基因)。经基因本体学分析和KEGG富集分析,发现细胞癌的发病机制主要集中在细胞周期、细胞分裂等生物功能和视黄醇代谢、药物代谢-细胞色素P450、p53等信号通路。结论:本研究对探索肝细胞癌的分子标记物和发生发展机制等研究提供了重要的参考信息。

      Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common primary liver cancers with a poor prognosis, At present, the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma is still unclear, leading to its treatment has become an important global challenge 。This article analyzes the transcriptomics data of hepatocellular carcinoma to provide new ideas and approaches for the study of HCC molecular mechanisms.. Methods: High-throughput sequencing technology was performed to screen out differentially expressed genes. These genes were analyzed using bioinformatics software to predict possible biological processes and signaling pathways involving these genes. Results: High -throughput sequencing identified 486 differentially expressed genes, including 157 upregulated and 329 downregulated genes. After gene ontology analysis and KEGG enrichment analysis, it is found that the pathogenesis of cell carcinoma is mainly concentrated in Retinol metabolism、Drug metabolism - cytochrome P450 and p53 signaling pathway. This study provides reference for exploring the molecular mechanism of HCC and related diagnostic biomarkers.
