      目的:制备并评价异烟肼-链霉素原位凝胶制剂。方法:以Poloxamer407、Poloxamer188、HPMC为凝胶剂基质制备异烟肼-链霉素原位凝胶。采用倒置法测定载药凝胶的胶凝温度,用超声波粘度计测定载药凝胶的粘度,并考察其稳定性和溶蚀时间。结果:所制备的异烟肼-链霉素原位凝胶胶凝化温度为30.3℃,凝胶粘度为540mPa.s,凝胶在25℃和35℃下稳定,且体外溶蚀符合零级动力学特征。结论:制备的异烟肼-链霉素原位凝胶,其性质稳定,具有一定的缓释效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To prepare and evaluated in-situ gel of isoniazid-streptomycin. Methods: Isoniazid-streptomycin in-situ gel was prepared using Poloxamer407 and Poloxamer188 as gel matrix. The gel temperature was determined by inversion method. The viscosity of drug loaded gel was determined by ultrasonic viscometer, and its stability and dissolution time were investigated. Results: the concentration of isoniazid-streptomycin in-situ gel was 30.3, the gel viscosity was 540, the gel was stable at 25 and 35 degrees, and the dissolution in vitro accorded with zero order kinetics. Conclusion: the prepared isoniazid-streptomycin in-situ gel is stable and has certain sustained release effect properties.
