| 目的：探讨STARR术后疗效的相关因素。方法：跟踪随访我科自2016年1月至2018年1月行STARR手术治疗出口梗阻型便秘的女性患者共155名,对术后2年的手术疗效满意度与相关临床资料进行收集整理,采用多因素有序回归分析对其相关因素进行分析。结果：单因素分析中术后2年对手术疗效满意度情况与年龄、BMI指数、脑梗病史、高血压病史、糖尿病病史、生育史、是否手助排便、是否合并明显会阴下降、直肠前突程度、直肠内套叠程度、排便性状、是否术后进行盆底肌训练、是否合并肠疝、球囊排出实验结果、直肠最大耐受量、肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压存在关联性,其关联性有统计学意义(P＜0.05),多因素有序Logistic回归分析显示：年龄(＜40岁;＜60岁且≥40岁),生育史(无、1个),II度直肠前突、I度直肠内套叠、无明显会阴下降、术后进行盆底肌训练、无肠疝是术后2年手术疗效满意度的影响因素。结论:较低的年龄、较少的生育史、直肠前突及直肠内套叠程度较轻、无明显会阴下降、术后进行盆底肌训练、无肠疝可提高STARR术后疗效满意度。 |

| Objective: To explore the factors related to the efficacy of STARR. Methods: Follow-up 155 female patients who underwent STARR surgery to treat outlet obstruction constipation from January 2016 to January 2018 were collected and sorted out for the 2 years of postoperative surgical satisfaction and related clinical data. Multifactor ordered regression analysis analyzes its related factors. RESULTS: In the univariate analysis, the satisfaction with surgical efficacy and age, BMI index, cerebral infarction history, hypertension history, diabetes history, fertility history, whether hand-assisted defecation, severe combined perineal decline, and prerectal degree Degree, degree of rectal intussusception, defecation traits, whether postoperative pelvic floor muscle training, whether combined with intestinal hernia, balloon expulsion test results, maximum tolerated rectal volume, resting pressure of the anal canal, maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal are associated Sex, the correlation is statistically significant (P<0.05), multivariate ordered logistic regression analysis shows: age (<40 years; <60 years and ≥40 years), fertility history (none, 1), degree II Anterior rectal, I rectal intussusception, no obvious perineal decline, postoperative pelvic floor muscle training, and intestinal hernia are influencing factors for the satisfaction of surgical efficacy after 2 years.
