      目的 研究不同一体化加工工艺的生白术饮片对大黄脾虚模型小鼠机能状态,脾脏、胸腺指数及胃蛋白酶活性的影响。方法 大黄水灌胃建立小鼠脾虚模型。小鼠随机分为对照组、脾虚模型组、一体化加工生白术饮片的低剂量治疗组( 10 g /kg 白术) 和高剂量治疗组( 20 g /kg 白术),每组 15只,给予相应干预措施。干预7 d 后分别观察小鼠体质量、体温,测量脾脏、胸腺湿重并计算相应脏器指数;采用麦特(Mett)氏毛细玻管法进行胃蛋白酶活性分析。结果 不同一体化加工生白术饮片均增加小鼠体温[(38.10±0.51)℃,(38.34±0.15)℃,(38.34±0.58)℃,(38.60±0.55)℃,(38.02±0.96)℃,(38.17±0.59)℃比(37.14±0.64)℃,P<0.05]及体重[(23.23±0.99)g,(23.12±1.69)g,(22.99±1.86)g,(24.08±1.48)g比(21.84±1.88)g,P<0.05],对脾虚证小鼠胸腺指数的恢复作用不显著,但与模型组相比,80℃杀青后半干切片的一体化加工的生白术饮片的高剂量组能显著增加脾脏指数[(4.46±0.69)比(3.74±0.49),P<0.05],并显著升高脾虚小鼠胃蛋白酶的活性[(2.39±0.59)mm比(1.47±0.34)mm,P<0.05],且蛋白酶活性明显高于传统加工处理高剂量组[(2.39±0.59)mm比(1.58±0.70)mm,P<0.05]和传统加工半干切片高剂量组[(2.39±0.59)mm比(1.59±0.37)mm,P<0.05]。 结论 不同的一体化加工炮制的生白术饮片能不同程度地改善脾虚证模型小鼠的脾虚状态,其中以80℃杀青后半干切片高剂量组为最优。

      Objective to study the effects of different integrated processing technology of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae on functional state, spleen, thymus index and pepsin activity of rhubarb spleen deficiency model mice. Methods the spleen deficiency model of mice was established by gavage of rhubarb water. The mice were randomly divided into control group, spleen deficiency model group, low-dose treatment group (10 g / kg Atractylodes macrocephala) and high-dose treatment group (20 g / kg Atractylodes macrocephala) with 15 mice in each group. After 7 days of intervention, the body weight and body temperature of mice were observed, the wet weight of spleen and thymus was measured, and the corresponding organ index was calculated; the pepsin activity was analyzed by mett's capillary tube method. Result Different integrated processing of shengbaizhu decoction pieces of shengbaizhu decoction pieces increased the body temperature of mice [(38.10 ± 0.51) ℃, (38.34 ± 0.15) ℃, (38.34 ± 0.58) ℃, (38.34 ± 0.58) ℃, (38.60 ± 0.55) ℃, (38.02 ± 0.96) ℃, (38.17 ± 0.59) ℃vs (37.14 ± 0.64) ℃, P < 0.05], weight [(23.23 ± 0.99) g, (23.12 ± 1.69) g, (22.99 ± 1.86) g, (24.08 ± 1.48) g vs (21.84 ± 1.88) g, P < 0.05], P < 0.05], body weight [(23.23 ± 0.99 ± 0.99 ± 1.86) g, (24.08. 05] However, compared with the model group, the high-dose group of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae processed at 80 ℃ could significantly increase the spleen index [(4.46 ± 0.69) vs. (3.74 ± 0.49), P < 0.05], and significantly increased the pepsin activity [(2.39 ± 0.59) mm vs. (1.47 ± 0.34) mm, P < 0.05] and protein The enzyme activity was significantly higher in the high-dose group [(2.39 ± 0.59) mm vs. (1.58 ± 0.70) mm, P < 0.05] and in the high-dose group [(2.39 ± 0.59) mm vs. (1.59 ± 0.37) mm, P < 0.05]. Conclusion different integrated processed raw Atractylodes macrocephala decoction pieces can improve the spleen deficiency state of mice with spleen deficiency syndrome, and the best group is the high-dose group of semi dry slices after being killed at 80℃.
