| 幽门螺旋杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，H.pylori）作为胃癌的Ⅰ类致癌原与胃癌关系密切，与消化性溃疡、Hp相关消化不良的发生、发展密不可分。有前瞻性研究发现，Hp可以引起胃微生物失调，改变胃内微生物多样性和群落结构，并可能与癌前病变有关[1]。目前Hp全人群感染率超过50%，而我国是拥有14亿人的人口大国，且Hp可人传人，因此长期以来，人们对于Hp的根除做出了巨大的努力。 |

| Helicobacter pylori plays a key role in many digestive diseases. With the decrease of the eradication rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions, more and more attention has been paid to the auxiliary role of probiotics. Many studies have shown that probiotics can improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment process by maintaining the gastrointestinal flora homeostatic state, reducing the adhesion and colonization of Helicobacter pylori and other immune-related effects,which is the hotspot many scholars study at home and abroad.This article will review the application of probiotics in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection. |
