Inducible Costimulatory Molecule (ICOS) and its ligand Inducible Costimulatory Molecule Ligand (ICOSL) is the third member of the CD28/B7 family and plays an important role in the development of systemic lupus erythematosus. In recent years, ICOS/ICOSL"s research on the treatment of SLE has been deepened year by year, providing new ideas for clinical SLE treatment. This article mainly summarizes the relationship between ICOS/ICOSL and SLE. |
