| 目的 通过观察胃腺癌组织PTEN的表达水平,探讨PTEN在胃癌发病机制中的作用。 方法 选取胃腺癌组织(胃癌组)和慢性胃炎组织(对照组)各80例,免疫组化法检测PTEN的表达,分析PTEN的表达与患者临床生物学特性的关系。 结果 胃癌组PTEN阳性率和阳性表达强度显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。在胃癌组织中,在低分化、伴有淋巴结转移、浆膜外浸润、TNM分期为Ⅲ-Ⅳ级的PTEN表达水平均分别显著低于在高-中分化、不伴有淋巴结转移、浆膜层及浆膜内浸润、TNM分期为Ⅰ-Ⅱ级、伴幽门螺旋杆菌感染的表达水平(P<0.05或P <0.01)；而在性别、年龄组PTEN的表达水平差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 胃腺癌组织中PTEN的表达降低,与胃癌组织的肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、浆膜外浸润、TNM分期及HP感染等生物学特性有关,在胃癌组织的发生、发展中可能起了抑癌的作用。 |

| Objective To investigate the potential roles of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) in gastricadenocarcinoma, the expression levels PTEN was observed. Methods Tissues of gastric adenocarcinoma and chronic gastritiswere obtained, both of them were 80 case, named gastric carcinoma group and control group.
