| 【摘要】目的：探究直肠超声双重造影在评价直肠癌血管生成中的临床效果。方法：选取我院2019年3月到2020年3月收治的直肠癌患者80例。以术后病理检查为金标准，两组均进行常规经腹超声检查和超声双重造影检查。比较两组检查方法的诊断结果，探究其临床价值。结果：超声双重造影对肿瘤血流分级诊断明显优于常规经腹超声，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声双重造影诊断准确率和定位准确率明显高于常规经腹超声，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声双重造影TNM分级与病理一致性满意。结论：超声双重造影可可排除胃肠道气体、粪渣的干扰，准确评估患者血管生成情况、TNM分期与定位，对手术方案的选取和预后指导具有重要临床价值。 |

| 【abstract】Objective: To explore the clinical effect of rectal double contrast ultrasonography in the evaluation of angiogenesis of rectal cancer. Methods: from March 2019 to March 2020, 80 patients with rectal cancer were selected. According to the gold standard of postoperative pathological examination, both groups were examined by conventional transabdominal ultrasound and double contrast ultrasound. To compare the diagnosis results of the two groups and explore their clinical value. Results: Double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was superior to conventional transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of tumor blood flow classification(P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy and localization accuracy of double contrast ultrasound were significantly higher than that of conventional transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05). The grade of TNM was consistent with pathology.Conclusion: Double contrast-enhanced ultrasound can eliminate the interference of gastrointestinal gas and fecal dregs, accurately evaluate the angiogenesis, TNM stage and location of patients, which has important clinical value for the selection of operation scheme and prognosis guidance. |
