| 目的:观察中药联合穴位刺激对产后盆底功能障碍疾病治疗的临床效果。方法:选取产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者 194例为研究对象,排除30例随访脱落,按随机数字表法分为康复锻炼对照组53例、物理电刺激治疗组56例和中医治疗组55例。其中康复锻炼组采用盆底肌肉锻炼法,物理电刺激治疗采用电刺激和生物反馈治疗,中医治疗组运用中药联合穴位刺激,观察不同治疗方案的临床效果。结果：治疗后,中医治疗组中有气虚症状表现的例数明显少于其他两组（P<0.05); 盆底肌中II类肌力量提高明显(P<0.05)；阴道动态压力较物理锻炼组改善更显著(P<0.05)；三组的盆底功能障碍评分较治疗前均有降低，表示生活质量改善（均P<0.01)，其中中医治疗组和物理电刺激治疗组的疗效更明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合穴位刺激对产后盆底功能恢复，体质改善疗效明确，值得在临床上推广使用。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint stimulation on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods: A total of 194 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease were selected as the research object, and 30 patients were excluded from follow-up. According to the random number table method, they were divided into 53 cases of rehabilitation exercise control group, 56 cases of physical electrical stimulation treatment group and 55 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group . Among them, the rehabilitation exercise group uses pelvic floor muscle training, physical electrical stimulation treatment uses electrical stimulation and biofeedback treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group uses traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint stimulation to observe the clinical effects of different treatment options. Results: After treatment, Qi deficiency symptoms cases in the TCM treatment group was significantly less than that in the other two groups (P<0.05); the strength of type II muscles in the pelvic floor muscles was significantly improved (P<0.05); the vaginal dynamic pressure was more improved than the physical exercise group Significant (P<0.05); the pelvic floor dysfunction scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment, indicating an improvement in quality of life (both P<0.01), of which the TCM treatment group and the physical electrical stimulation treatment group were more effective (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with acupoint stimulation can restore the postpartum pelvic floor function, and the effect of physical improvement is clear. It is worthy of clinical application. |
