| 术后恶心呕吐(Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting, PONV)是进行手术和麻醉的患者最为常见并发症之一,可给患者带来不适的体验,严重呕吐者可引发其他并发症。由于其病因的复杂,尽管在多种药物联合预防治疗下,但PONV仍常有发生。目前,中医治疗在防治PONV上越来越受到重视, 中医可以通过有创针刺或者无创的穴位按压等方式,降低PONV的发生率,增加患者的舒适度,有利于患者术后快速康复。本文综合近年来国内外相关文献,对中医防治PONV的研究进展进行了阐述。 |

| Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is one of the most common complications which occurred to the patients who have surgery or anesthesia. PONV can bring uncomfortable experience to patients, the severe vomiting can cause other complications.Because of the complex etiology, PONV still happens a lot despite the combined preventive treatment of a variety of drugs. At present,in the area of PONV’s prevention and treatment, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been paid more and more attention to. The incidence of PONV can be reduced through invasive acupuncture or non-invasive acupressure, which eases the feeling of discomfort.TCM helps patients to recover in a short time. Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,this review expounds the research progress of TCM on the prevention and treatment of PONV. |
