| 高主任长期从事耳鸣耳聋相关疾病的临床实践研究,认为针刺时耳道内出现的循经感传现象与针刺疗效联系密切,于长期临床实践中发现“导气针法”能有效激发耳道内循经感传现象,据此提出基于“导气针法”为主治疗本病,取得较满意的疗效。笔者通过临床跟诊,从选穴组方、特色手法运用、临床验案3个方面总结高宏主任以“导气针法”为主治疗感音神经性耳聋的临床经验,其经验值得深入学习和推广应用。 |

| Director Gao Hong has been engaged in clinical practice research of tinnitus and deafness related diseases for a long time,thinking that the phenomenon of propagated sensation along channel in the ear canal during acupuncture is closely related to the curative effect of acupuncture. In the long-term clinical practice,finding Daoqi acupuncture manipulation propagated sensation along channel in the ear, this paper is based on "Daoqi acupuncture manipulation Daoqi acupuncture manipulation acupoint selection and prescription, characteristic manipulation and clinical trial case. The experience is worthy of further study and popularization. |
