| 目的：探究跖骨干截骨联合近节趾骨截骨治疗中重度足拇外翻的短期疗效。方法：选取2015年9月-2019年8月浙江省嵊州市城南骨科医院收治的中重度足拇外翻患者36例,均采用跖骨干截骨联合近节趾骨截骨治疗,观察患者术后6个月临床疗效、足踝功能改善情况、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果：手术后,患者IMA、HVA、DMAA均显著低于手术前,AOFAS评分显著高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；手术后VAS评分显著低于术前(P＜0.05)；手术优良率为93.75%,伤口愈合良好,无感染,无拇内翻、拇外翻复发,无拇僵硬、跖骨头缺血坏死、骨不连、截骨延迟愈合等并发症。结论：跖骨干截骨联合近节趾骨截骨治疗中重度足拇外翻能够有效纠正畸形,减轻疼痛,取得较理想的短期疗效。 |

| Objective: To explore the short-term effect of metatarsal trunk osteotomy combined with proximal phalangeal osteotomy in the treatment of moderate to severe hallux valgus. Methods: 36 patients with moderate to severe hallux valgus from September 2015 to August 2019 were treated with metatarsal shaft osteotomy combined with proximal phalangeal osteotomy, the clinical effect, ankle function improvement, pain degree and complications were observed at 6 months after operation. Results: After operation, IMA, HVA and DMAA of patients were significantly lower than those before operation, and AOFAS score was significantly higher than that before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the VAS score after operation was significantly lower than that before operation (P < 0.05); the excellent and good rate of operation was 93.75%, the wound healed well, without infection, no recurrence of hallux varus or hallux valgus, no complications such as hallux rigidity, metatarsal head ischemic necrosis, nonunion and delayed union of osteotomy. Conclusions: Metatarsal trunk osteotomy combined with proximal phalangeal osteotomy can effectively correct deformity and relieve pain in moderate to severe hallux valgus, and achieve satisfactory short-term results. |
