| 探讨中气理论与新型冠状病毒肺炎（以下简称新冠肺炎）病因病机之间的联系。结合新冠肺炎的临床表现和诊疗方案，其病因病机为中气不足，升降失司，犯及四维，波及全身，实则为一个全身性疾病。治疗上当补益斡旋，调理中焦，可根据具体情况择用补益法或升降法，同时选方用药时刻注意顾护脾胃、固运中气。 |

| To explore the relationship between Zhongqi theory and the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19. Combining the clinical presentation and diagnosis of COVID-19，the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 are deficiency and activity disorder of Zhongqi, which offend four images and spread the whole body. In fact, COVID-19 is a systematic disease. Its treatment should be tonifying and regulating zhongqi to adjust middle energizer. We can choose to use the supplementation method or lifting method according to the specific situation. At the same time the prescription medication should always protect the spleen and stomach, transport the Zhongqi. |
