      目的:研究营养会诊对肿瘤放化疗患者营养状况、生化指标的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2019年12月于我院住院的肿瘤放化疗患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,对照组由管床医生实施常规营养支持,观察组实施营养会诊,由会诊医生和管床医生共同实施营养支持并随访一个月。比较两组治疗前后的营养状况,包括1、两组治疗前后体重指数,营养风险评分(NRS—2002)。2、两组治疗前后的生化指标,包括血清白蛋白(ALB)及血清前清蛋白(PA)。结果:1、治疗后治疗组的体重指数,营养风险评分均优于对照组,随访一个月后更明显。2、治疗一周后、治疗一个月后的治疗组ALB、PA 水平均有显著升高(P<0.05),组间的上述指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:营养科参与的会诊的营养支持治疗和随访对肿瘤患者营养状况改善的作用较好,值得推介。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the effect of nutritional consultation on nutritional status and biochemical indexes of patients with tumor during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nutritional support by the tube bed doctor, and the observation group was given nutritional consultation. The consultant and the tube bed doctor jointly implemented nutritional support and followed up for one month.Nutritional status before and after treatment was compared between the two groups, including body mass index and nutritional risk score (NRS-2002) before and after treatment.2. Biochemical indicators, including serum albumin (ALB) and serum prealbumin (PA), before and after treatment in both groups.Results: 1. After treatment, the body mass index and nutritional risk scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, especially after one month of follow-up.2. The levels of ALB and PA in the treatment group were significantly increased after one week and one month of treatment (P<0.05), and the above indicators were significantly different between the groups after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Nutrition support treatment and follow-up in consultation with the Department of Nutrition play a better role in improving the nutritional status of cancer patients, which is worthy of recommendation.
