      [摘 要] 目的 观察虚拟现实技术对卒中后失语患者语言功能的影响。方法 将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组采用语言训练;观察组在对照组基础上给予虚拟现实技术干预。通过对两组患者干预前后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)及应用西方失语成套测验法(western aphasia battery,WAB)评定出失语商(aphasia quotient,AQ值)及WAB量表中四个方面(自发言语、听觉理解、复述、命名)的评分情况,来比较两组疗效。结果 治疗后两组NIHSS评分较治疗前均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组WAB量表中四个方面及AQ值的评分较治疗前均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组的AQ值及听觉理解、复述、命名三方面评分较同期对照组有提高(P<0.05)。结论 虚拟现实技术能有效改善脑卒中后失语患者的临床症状,并促进语言功能的恢复。

      [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of virtual reality technology on language function of aphasia patients after stroke. Methods 60 patients who met the criteria of rejection were divided into two groups according to random number method,the control group received language training,the observation group was given virtual reality technology intervention on the basis of the control group .The two groups of patients were compared by the Nation Health Center (NIHSS评分) before and after the intervention of the groups of patients and using the western aphasia battery (WAB) before and after intervention to evaluate the scores of the aphasia quotient(AQ) and the WAB scale (self speech、auditory understandingr、etelling、naming). Results The scores of NIHSS in two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01),the scores of NIHSS in the observation group was iower than in the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of four aspects and AQ value of WAB scale after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment.,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),AQ value of WAB scale,auditory understanding,retelling and naming of the observation group after treatment were better than that of the control group,(P<0.05). Conclusion Virtual reality technology can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of aphasia patients after stroke,and promote the recovery of language function.
