| 目的 探讨活血通络益肾方治疗特发性间质性肺炎的疗效及其作用机制。方法 选取杭州师范大学附属医院2015年9月～2019年9月诊断为特发性间质性肺炎的门诊及住院病例共45例,随机分为中药组、中药联合激素组、激素组,予相应药物干预4周后,测定患者6分钟步行距离、中医证候积分、免疫功能,血清TGF-β1、IGF-1、Smad3、E-cad、Vim含量的变化。结果 治疗4周后,三组中中药联合激素组6MWD延长最显著,咳嗽、气短症状改善最明显,TGF-β1、IGF-1、Vim浓度最低(P<0.05),Smad3、E-cad浓度最低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)；而免疫功能中药组增高最明显(P<0.05)。结论 活血通络益肾方可以提高特发性间质性肺炎患者心肺功能及免疫功能,改善咳嗽、气短症状,与糖皮质激素联用时疗效最佳。 |

| Objective To explore the efficacy and mechanism of treating idiopathic interstitial pneumonia(IIP) with HuoxueTongluoYishen recipe. Methods A total of 45 idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients from September 2015 to September 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine combined with glucocorticoids group, and glucocorticoids group. After 4 weeks of drug intervention, the patient"s 6-minute walking distance(6MWD), TCM syndrome score, immune function, and serum levels of TGF-β1, IGF-1, Smad3, E-cad, and Vim were measured. Results After 4 weeks’ treatment, the 6MWD prolonged mostly, TCM syndrome score decreased mostly, and the concentrations of TGF-β1, IGF-1 and Vim were the lowest in traditional Chinese medicine combined with glucocorticoids group (P <0.05), but there was no statistical difference of Smad3 and E-cad in three groups (P> 0.05). The immune function of the Chinese medicine group was the most obvious increase compared with other two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo Yishen recipe can improve cardiopulmonary function and immune function, relieve the symptoms of cough and shortness of breath, which get the best effect with the combination of glucocorticoid. |
