| [目的]总结林胜友教授治疗肺癌常用药对。[方法]通过跟师临证,分析整理林师治疗肺癌临床病案,从配伍特色、用药规律及常用剂量等方面总结其经验。[结果]林师认为正气虚损是肺癌的病理基础,癌毒、热毒、药毒相互影响致机体阴阳失衡,寒热错杂；正气不足者,常用益气养阴、健脾补肾等药对扶助正气；属邪实者,予清热解毒、化痰散结等药对以祛除邪实。[结论]林师治疗肺癌强调分清正邪的主次关系,重视固护脾肾,整体调护,临床疗效显著,值得借鉴。 |

| [Objective] To summarize professor LIN Sheng-you"s experience of common hebal-pairs for lung cancer. [Methods] Through following teacher in clinical work, analyzing and sorting out the clinical cases,compatibility characteristics and drug use rules of professor LIN Sheng-you in the treatment of lung cancer were summarized,and the mechanism of hebal-pairs was discussed. [Results] Professor LIN Sheng-you believed that deficiency of vital energy was the pathological basis of lung cancer, and the mutual effects of cancer toxicity, heat toxicity and drug toxicity caused the imbalance of Yin and Yang in the body, resulting in mixed cold and heat. Professor LIN Sheng-you often uses hebal-pairs to tonify Qi and nourish Yin, strengthen spleen and tonify kidney to help vital Qi. If there are pathogenic factors with patients,he often uses hebal-pairs to antipyretic detoxification, phlegm and so on to dispel the evil. [conclusion] Professor LIN Sheng-you pays attention to the primary and secondary regulation of Yin and Yang ,deficiency and excess.He emphasizes on importance to strengthening the spleen and kidney, and provides a significant clinical effect, which is worthy of reference. |
