目的:探讨微型钢板内固定治疗第一掌骨基底部粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:将2016年11月至2018年11月在我院就诊的21例第一掌骨基底部粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,对所选患者进行微型钢板内固定治疗。所有患者均得到随访,随访时间为5.5~11.5个月,采用手指总主动活动度(TAM)对治疗效果进行评价。结果:交通伤、重物砸伤、摔伤患者TAM恢复结果优于机器伤患者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);本组病例术后无1例发生皮肤感染、裂开、第1腕掌关节脱位、皮瓣坏死等严重并发症。结论:应用微型钢板内固定治疗第一掌骨基底部粉碎性骨折临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 |

Objective: To investigate the clnical efficacy of mini-plate internal fixation in treatment of comminuted fracture of the base of the first metacarpal bone. Methods: From November 2016 to November 2018, 21 patients with comminuted fracture of the basal part of the first metacarpal bone were treated with mini-plate internal fixation were selected as the objects of study. All patients were followed up, follow-up time ranged from 5.5 to 11.5 months. Total active range of motion (TAM) of fingers was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results: There was no significant difference in the recovery of TAM among the patients with traffic injury, heavy object injury and fall (P>0.05). No serious complications such as skin infection, dehiscence, dislocation of the first carpometacarpal joint and necrosis of skin flaps occurred in this group. Conclusion: The treatment of comminuted fracture of the first metacarpal base with mini-plate internal fixation is effective and worthy of clinical application. |
