      目的:研究低强度脉冲电磁场(Pulsed electromagnetic fields, PEMFs)对SD大鼠跟腱异位骨化的影响。方法:在大鼠的跟腱,采用血管钳反复钳夹跟腱的方法,建立大鼠跟腱异位骨化模型。将60只大鼠随机分为4组,低强度脉冲电磁场干预组,吲哚美辛干预组,空白手术组,HO模型组。分别观察X线表现,组织学观察以及对COX-2、BMP-2的检测。结果:低强度脉冲电磁场干预组,口服吲哚美辛组都能够不同强度预防异位骨化的产生,两组效果相差不大。 结论:低强度脉冲电磁场和口服吲哚美辛能有效预防钳夹部位组织的异位骨化,促进功能恢复,但低强度脉冲电磁场治疗具有安全有效且方便无副作用,值得基层临床推广使用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the effect of low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) on heterotopic ossification of Achilles tendon in SD rats. Methods: In the rat Achilles tendon, the vascular pliers were used to repeatedly clamp the Achilles tendon to establish the ectopic ossification model of the Achilles tendon. 60 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field intervention group, indomethacin intervention group, blank surgery group, and HO model group. Observe X-ray performance, histological observation and detection of COX-2 and BMP-2 respectively. Results: The low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field intervention group and the oral indomethacin group were able to prevent the occurrence of ectopic ossification with different strengths, and the effects of the two groups were similar. Conclusion: Low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field and oral indomethacin can effectively prevent ectopic ossification of the tissue at the clamp site and promote functional recovery. However, low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field treatment is safe, effective, convenient, and has no side effects.
