Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells, CD20+ B cells and CD5+ B cells and the pathogenesis of RA. Methods: 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed from January 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the study object, and 120 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells, CD20+ B cells and CD5+ B cells, CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells, CD20+ B cells and CD5+ B cells of patients with different severity were compared between the two groups. The correlation between the severity and the levels of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells, CD20+ B cells and CD5+ B cells was analyzed. Results: The proportion of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells and CD20+ B cells in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the proportion of CD5+ B cells in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference. The proportion of breg cells and CD20 + B cells was significantly higher than that of grade II patients. The proportion of CD5 + B cells in grade I rheumatoid patients was significantly lower than that of grade II patients. The disease severity of patients was negatively correlated with the proportion of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells and CD20 + B cells, and positively correlated with the proportion of CD20 + B cells. Conclusion: The expression of CD19+CD24hiCD38hi breg cells, CD20+ B cells and CD5+ B cells were significantly correlated with the patients with rheumatoid disease, which could be used as a predictor of disease progression.
