| Piwil2是生殖干细胞自我更新的关键调节基因，主要表达于生殖细胞，定位胞浆，在体细胞和成体干细胞中不表达。近年来多项研究显示，Piwil2作为致癌基因，在多种肿瘤组织中表达, 定位胞核或胞浆、胞核均有表达。本文以近年来Piwil2在肿瘤组织中异常表达的研究，对启动肿瘤发生、促进肿瘤发展及预后不良进行述评。 |

| Piwil2 is a key regulatory gene of self-renewal in germline stem cells, which was mainly expressed in germ cells and localized in the cytoplasm, but not expressed in somatic cells and adult stem cells. In recent years, a number of studies have shown that Piwil2, as an oncogene, was expressed in various tumor tissues, localized in the nucleus，or both cytoplasm and nucleus. Based on the the study of Piwil2 aberrant expression in tumor tissues in recent years, this paper reviews the initiation of tumourgenesis, promotion of tumor progression and poor prognosis. |
