| 目的 报告应用第二趾胫侧皮瓣移植修复动物咬伤的手指组织缺损的临床效果。方法 2017年1月至2019年11月,对8 例动物咬伤所致的手指组织缺损患者,应用第二趾胫侧皮瓣移植修复手指组织缺损处。 结果 术后8例皮瓣全部存活,并获得3~12个月的随访。修复后的手指外形饱满,耐磨,有指纹,感觉S3+,运动功能恢复良好。结论 第二趾胫侧皮瓣移植修复动物咬伤所致的手指组织缺损,手指外形及功能满意,临床效果良好。 |

| Objective To report the clinical coucomes of repairing animal bite tissue defect of the fingers by flaps from tibial side of the second toe . Methods From January 2017 to November 2019,Eight cases with tissue defect of the fingers were treated. Results 8 flaps survived completely and were followed up for 3~12 months． The reconstructed finger pulps all had good appearance,texture,sensory S3+ ,and finger function recovered well． Conclusion Repairing animal bitef inger defect by transfer of tibial side flap from the second toe can restore the appearance and function of the finger. |
