      目的 验证青藤碱对急性肺损伤保护作用及作用机制;方法 建立脂多糖诱导的急性肺损伤小鼠模型,给予青藤碱治疗,检测血液及肺泡灌洗液的炎症指标以及ERK/NF-κB信号通路的激活情况,并通过HE和CD68免疫组化检测病理变化。结果 青藤碱提取液可以有效抑制ERK/NF-κB通路,减少炎症因子释放,减轻LPS导致的肺炎症细胞浸润及病理变化。结论 青藤碱可以通过抑制ERK/NF-κB通路缓解LPS诱导的急性肺损伤。
英文摘要:
      Objective To verify the protective effect and mechanism of sinomenine on acute lung injury. Methods Acute lung injury mouse model was established by LPS. Inflammatory cytokine of blood and activation of ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway were detected after ALI and sinomenine treatment. Pathological changes were detected by H E and CD68 immunohistochemistry. Results Sinomenine can effectively inhibit ERK/NF-κB pathway, reduce the release of inflammatory factors, inhibit the cell infiltration and pathological changes of ALI caused by LPS. Conclusion Sinomenine can relieve LPS-induced acute lung injury by inhibiting ERK/NF-κB pathway.
