      目的:研究C反应蛋白(CRP)rs1205位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与支原体肺炎发病风险及严重程度的相关性。方法:随机选择2015年2月至2018年12月我院收治的205例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究组,招募205例急性病毒性上呼吸道感染的患儿作为对照组。采用Sanger测序法分析所有受试者CRP rs1205位点基因型,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆CRP蛋白水平。结果:CRP基因rs1205位点T等位基因携带者支原体肺炎的发病风险相对于C等位基因携带者显著降低0.57倍(95%CI: 0.43-0.76,p<0.001),T等位基因携带者进展为重症支原体肺炎的概率显著降低0.41倍(95%CI: 0.27-0.63,p<0.001)。CRP基因rs1205位点CC基因型携带者血浆CRP蛋白水平最高,CT基因型其次,TT基因型最低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.001)。结论:CRP基因rs1205位点SNP与儿童支原体肺炎发病风险及其严重程度相关。

      Objective: To study the relationship between C-reactive protein (CRP) gene rs1205 locus single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and the risk and severity of mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods: A total of 205 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study group. Another 205 children with acute viral upper respiratory tract infection were recruited as the control group. The CRP rs1205 locus genotype was analyzed by Sanger sequencing, and the plasma CRP protein level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The risk of developing mycoplasmal pneumonia in the T allele carriers of the rs1205 locus of the CRP gene was significantly reduced by 0.57-fold compared with the C allele carrier (95% CI: 0.43-0.76, p<0.001). The probability of progression to severe mycoplasmal pneumonia in children with mycoplasma pneumonia carrying the T allele was significantly reduced by 0.41 fold (95% CI: 0.27-0.63, p<0.001). CRP gene rs1205 site CC genotype carriers had the highest plasma CRP protein level, followed by CT genotype and TT genotype, the differences were statistically significant (p<0.001). Conclusion: The CRP gene rs1205 SNP is associated with the risk and severity of childhood mycoplasmal pneumonia.
