| 目的 探讨308 nm准分子光联合口服驱白巴布期片对白癜风患
者外周血IL-6、IL-17表达的影响。方法 60例稳定期白癜风患者随
机分为两组，每组30例，观察组采用308nm准分子光联合口服驱白
巴布期片，对照组单纯采用308nm准分子光照射治疗，均治疗16周，
观察两组治疗效果及检测治疗前后白癜风患者外周血IL-6及IL-17
的表达水平。结果 观察组治疗后与治疗前比较，外周血IL-6及IL-17
的表达水平明显降低（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后外周血IL-6及IL-17
的表达水平低于对照组治疗后的表达水平（P＜0.05）；观察组的显效
率高于对照组的显效率（P＜0.05）；结论 308nm 准分子光联合口服
驱白巴布期片治疗稳定期白癜风后外周血中IL-6及IL-17 的表达水
平明显降低。308nm 准分子光联合口服驱白巴布期片治疗稳定期白癜
风疗效显著。 |

| Abstract Objective To study the levels change of IL-6 and IL-17 in
peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo by 308-nm excimer light combined with Qubaibabuqi.Methods Sixty patients with stable vitiligo was randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, and the observation group was treated with 308nm excimer light combined with oral Qubaibabuqi,the control group was treated with 308nm excimer light,two groups were treated for 16 weeks.Observe the treatment effect and detect the IL-6 and IL-17 expression levels in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Compared with the observation group after and before treatment, the expression of IL-6 and IL-17 in peripheral blood was obviously decased (P <0.05). The observation group were lower than that the control group after treatment in expressions of IL-6 and IL-17 (P<0.05).Conclusion 308-nm excimer light combined with oral Qubaibabuqi for the treatment of stable vitiligo may reduce the damage of melanocytes, and restore the normal of white spots by reduce the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in peripheral blood. |
